This week is an immersive program to learn about practical permaculture in real life. What is sustainability, what is permaculture, how did we design our land and our life with permaculture ethics and principles as decision making tools. How to setup an ecological garden for self sufficiency, how to take care of yourself with herbs. It gives you an overview of "all" aspects of living a sustainable life in the countryside.

Subjects that we will cover in this week:
- Growing food for self sufficiency and setting up an ecologic food growing system with mulch, compost and natural fertilizers
- How did we setup our food savana and forest garden and what mistakes did we make. We'll feature seed saving, planting, pruning and propagating techniques
- Natural building techniques: strawbale, cob, wood construction
- Animals, their functions, food and care
- Storing & preserving the harvest, drying, cannning, jam, syrup, fermenting: making your own sourdough, sauerkraut and wine making
- Herbal health: finding, collecting, drying and storing herbs, making teas, making tinctures, kitchen herbs, herbal oil.

There are 6 spots available for people who also want to volunteer afterwards, and 4 spots for people who only want to do this course.
